The ACEM Primary Exam is a basic science exam covering anatomy, physiology, pathology and pharmacology.
I’d suggest taking 6 months to 1 year to prepare, and as with all things exam; do it right and do it once!
There are a wealth of free resources out there so choose a study program and approach that works for you.
I used the Gold Coast primary exam 22 week plan which you can find now at erexam.org
